The ZenithIs the screen removable?
Yes. The stainless-steel mesh screen is held by a retaining ring that comes out with a quarter-turn, so cleaning and swapping the screen are quick.
CareHow do I clean my grinder?
Use isopropyl alcohol and a small brush to keep it grinding smoothly — avoid water, which can leave residue behind. Every piece comes apart and the stainless screen pops out, so a quick brush after disassembly keeps everything fresh; the screen can be cleared or replaced as needed.
ShippingHow long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped from Tucson, Arizona within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Standard U.S. delivery then typically takes another 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier (USPS/UPS). You’ll get a tracking email the moment it ships.
ShippingDo you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $70 or more. Under $70, standard shipping is a flat $8.00. Expedited options are shown at checkout.
ShippingDo you ship internationally?
We currently ship nationwide within the U.S., with international shipping coming soon. If you’re outside the U.S., email info@elevateddesertco.com and we’ll see what we can do.
ShippingMy package seems lost or went to the wrong address.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at purchase. If a package is genuinely lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help track it down and make it right.

Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in any time to view your order status and tracking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — whatever you see at checkout. Your payment is processed securely and your card details are never stored by us.
ReturnsWhat is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for the details.
ReturnsHow do I start a return?
Email info@elevateddesertco.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll reply with instructions. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us.
ReturnsWhen will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable method, since we can’t guarantee we’ll receive an untracked package. Note that final-sale or clearance items, gift cards, and certain used items aren’t eligible for return.
