At Elevated Desert Co.™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds & Fees

  • You may choose a full refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method, subject to the conditions below.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns that are not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@elevateddesertco.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
  • We will gladly arrange a replacement, issue store credit, or provide a full refund to your original payment method. Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping or restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Any used grinders, cases, or accessories
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges


We are happy to replace any item that arrives defective or damaged. To request an  exchange for the same product, contact us at support@elevateddesertco.com and we will be glad to assist you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Request Authorization: To begin, please email us at support@elevateddesertco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and reply with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item(s): Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided in our instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Process Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
