Thank you for shopping with Elevated Desert Co.™. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and customer responsibilities.

Processing Time
    •    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
    •    During peak seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    •    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
    •    Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
    •    Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
    •    Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
    •    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
    •    Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Restrictions
    •    We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be added in the future.
    •    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Delays & Liability
    •    Elevated Desert Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
    •    Once the package leaves our facility, liability transfers to the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
    •    If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Elevated Desert Co. is not liable. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@elevateddesertco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
    •    Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
    •    Elevated Desert Co. is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
